Bentlee Lawrenz placed 5th nationally at the USATF Nationals out of 379 competitors. Seeded 22nd, he earned All-American honors. His team also had an incredible showing, finishing 2nd out of 37 teams.

MGS Mounties had an incredible afternoon at yesterday's pep rally ahead of our games against East Coloma! The energy was electric with performances from our cheerleaders and band, plus a special surprise from MGS staff! (The link takes you to the performance!)

Due to the wet and windy weather forecast, we are rescheduling Field Day for this Friday, May 23rd in the morning. We will not be doing the water games, but will have lots of fun events for the students. Students may still want to bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and wear their class colors on Friday (not Wednesday) K-purple, 1-orange, 2-red, 3-blue, 4-green, 5-yellow, 6-pink, and 7-black. Please be sure to have students dress for the weather!

Kindergarten students are celebrating the end of the school year with an ABC countdown! Last week they made pictures with sidewalk CHALK (Cc), ate DONUTS and DREW pictures (Dd), conducted science EXPERIMENTS (Ee), and ate lots of yummy FRUIT for snack (Ff)!
