Jersey Wolf had the experience of a lifetime last Saturday stepping onto the floor at the Illinois State Girls Basketball Tournament at the Redbird Arena in Normal, IL.
On New Year's Day, she and her friend Kennedy Smith competed in the 9-10 year old girls 2Ball Hot Shot contest at the Sterling-Rock Falls YMCA. They qualified in the top 2 for the state of Illinois and earned a spot to compete in the finals at the state tournament.
Jersey and Kennedy finished first in the competition making them the 9-10 year old girls champs. They showed courage and bravery performing in front of hundred of fans. Congratulations girls!
